Hair transplant and body marketing in Dubai

For decisions that take months, not days.

AdGrow runs campaigns for hair and body clinics in Dubai and across the UAE: hair transplant and PRP, body contouring, EMS and non-surgical slimming. These are the longest decisions in aesthetic medicine and the ones most distorted by the ad platform's default reporting.

A patient researching a transplant takes weeks or months and compares Dubai against a package price in Istanbul. Measured in a seven-day click window, almost none of that shows up. The account looks broken while it is working.

The anchor number

35 months.
The window that makes the data real.

The account we draw on has run continuously for nearly three years. On treatments where the patient takes two months to decide, that length is not a credential. It is the minimum to see anything at all.

On a Dubai clinic account we manage, more than 16,000 patient leads have come in across 35 months on AED 1M+ of Meta spend, blended at AED 62.72. The number that matters for hair and body is not the volume or the cost. It is the 35 months.

Hair transplant is the longest consideration in this market. A patient reads, watches, saves posts, asks a friend, prices Turkey, and comes back. Body contouring behaves similarly: the enquiry often arrives weeks after the first ad was seen, and frequently through a different channel than the one that caused it.

Meta's default attribution is a seven-day click and one-day view window. Across that window, a treatment with a two-month decision cycle reports a fraction of what it produced. Clinics then pause the campaigns that were building demand and keep the ones catching patients who were already decided, which feels like optimisation and is actually the account eating its own pipeline.

A note on what we will and will not quote you. AdGrow publishes treatment-level cost-per-lead ranges for five lines from the account we manage: facials, laser, Botox and Dysport, dermal filler and clear aligners. Hair transplant, PRP and body contouring are not among them, so we are not going to put a range on this page. Borrowing a filler figure and relabelling it would be the easy thing to do and it would be dishonest.

What we can say from the account is directional and useful: enquiry costs on surgical and high-ticket body treatments sit above the aesthetic lines we do publish, the decision window is materially longer, and the gap between reported and actual performance is wider than on any other clinic line. On the call we will build the expected range from your own case values and your own capacity.

The method

How we run a
hair and body account.

Five decisions. Two of them are about measurement, because that is where these accounts are usually lost.

  • Lengthen the attribution window before judging anything. We report these campaigns on a longer click window and against the clinic's own record of when enquiries actually arrived, not just on the platform's default view. The practical effect is that demand-building creative stops looking like waste in week two, which is the week most clinics switch it off.
  • Answer the Turkey comparison directly. Your competitor is not the clinic down the road, it is a package price including flights. Pretending otherwise does not work, because the patient has already seen it. The ads that convert in Dubai address it plainly: who performs the procedure, how many grafts and by what method, what aftercare over the following year looks like, and what happens if something needs correcting. Price is the wrong ground; recourse and continuity are the right ones.
  • Separate the one-off from the recurring. A transplant is a single large transaction. PRP, EMS and contouring are courses that recur. Those are different businesses with different economics, and running them in one campaign means the platform optimises toward whichever converts faster, which is never the transplant. We fund them separately.
  • Split the male and female funnels. Male pattern hair loss and female hair thinning are different conditions with different emotional registers, and body contouring divides the same way. The creative, the language and the reassurance required are not interchangeable, and the audiences perform very differently when you stop averaging them.
  • Build the long nurture, because the enquiry is early. A hair enquiry often arrives before the patient is ready to book. Treating it as a failed booking wastes it; treating it as the start of a conversation that runs for six weeks on WhatsApp is what converts it. We build that sequence, with the consultation offered more than once and without pressure.

What we build

The parts of a
hair and body campaign.

Long-window reporting

Campaign reporting on an extended click window alongside the clinic's own enquiry log, so demand-building creative is judged on the timescale the treatment actually runs on rather than on a seven-day default.

The recourse argument, built properly

Creative and landing pages that answer the medical-tourism comparison on continuity and accountability: the surgeon, the method, the graft count, the aftercare year, and what happens if a correction is needed.

Separate transplant and recurring-treatment funnels

The one-off surgical funnel funded and measured apart from the PRP, EMS and contouring courses, so the slower, larger decision is not starved by the faster one.

Male and female creative tracks

Different footage, different copy and different audiences for male pattern loss and female thinning, and the same split across body treatments.

Surgeon-led video and graft-count honesty

Our shoot team films the surgeon explaining method and realistic expectations. On a decision this size, specificity is the conversion lever and vagueness is the objection.

Six-week WhatsApp nurture

A sequence that keeps a conversation open with a patient who enquired early, offers the consultation more than once, and does it without the pressure that makes people disengage on a medical decision.

Consultation-to-procedure reporting

A weekly view of how many consultations were attended and how many converted to a booked procedure, by campaign. On treatments this size the enquiry count is nearly meaningless on its own, and this is the report that tells you which creative is bringing people who actually proceed.

The measurement problem

How a working account
gets switched off.

This is the most common way we see a hair clinic account destroyed, and it is entirely rational at each step.

A clinic runs two kinds of campaign. One is educational: the surgeon explaining method, expectations and aftercare. The other is direct: book a consultation. In a seven-day click window the direct campaign shows a strong cost per enquiry, because it catches patients who have already decided. The educational campaign shows almost nothing, because the people it reached will enquire in six weeks.

The clinic moves budget from the educational campaign to the direct one. For about a month the numbers improve, which confirms the decision. Then the direct campaign's cost per enquiry starts climbing, because the pool of already-decided patients was being replenished by the campaign that just got cut. By month three the account is expensive and the clinic concludes the market has got harder.

The market did not change. The account stopped creating demand and spent two months harvesting what was left. The way out is to fund the two campaigns separately, report them on different timescales, and accept that the educational half will never look good on a seven-day window no matter how well it works.

There is a version of this that is harder to spot, because it happens inside one campaign rather than between two. Give a single campaign both objectives and the platform will quietly concentrate delivery on the audiences that convert inside its attribution window, which means the people still researching stop being shown your ads at all. Nothing was paused and nothing looks wrong in the interface. The effect is the same, and it is why we keep the two objectives in separate campaigns with budgets that cannot move between them.

The check that reveals it. Ask your front desk how long ago new consultation patients first heard of you. If the common answer is weeks or months rather than days, your ad platform's default window is not measuring your business, and any decision you have made on it deserves revisiting.

35 months of continuous history on one account.

A multi-branch Dubai clinic account we manage, AED 1M+ of lifetime Meta spend, more than 16,000 patient enquiries, blended at AED 62.72. For the long-decision treatments on this page the duration is the relevant fact: it is long enough for demand built in one quarter to show up as enquiries in the next.

Accounts that run for a few months and get restructured never produce that view. They produce a series of short windows, each of which makes demand-building look like waste.

  • Continuous history long enough to see a two-month decision cycle
  • Educational and direct campaigns funded and judged separately
  • Reporting against the clinic's own enquiry log, not the default window

UAE clinic · A short-decision line, for contrast

Why we show you a short-decision line here.

This window comes from an aesthetic treatment on the same account, where the patient decides in days. It produced 1,824 enquiries at AED 53.38 and it reported accurately inside a standard attribution window, because the decision and the window were roughly the same length.

That is the contrast worth taking from this page. The reporting tools are well matched to treatments like this one and badly matched to a transplant. If your hair campaigns are being judged by the same default settings that work for a facial, they are being judged by an instrument built for a different decision.

  • A short-decision line, where the default window happens to fit
  • Shown as a comparison, not as a hair or body benchmark
  • The same settings applied to a transplant understate it badly

How we work with hair and body clinics

Long decisions,
measured honestly.

What you get

  • Reporting on a window that matches a two-month decision, not a seven-day default
  • The medical-tourism comparison answered directly in the creative
  • Surgical and recurring treatments funded and measured separately
  • A six-week WhatsApp nurture for patients who enquire early
  • Ownership of the ad account, the surgeon footage and the enquiry records

What you won't get

  • A cost-per-lead range for hair or body work that we cannot stand behind
  • Demand-building creative paused because week two looked quiet
  • One campaign serving male pattern loss and female thinning at once
  • A price-matching argument against a package that includes flights

Questions

What hair and body clinics
ask us first.

Two things before anything creative. First, attribution: a transplant decision takes weeks to months, and the platform's default seven-day click window reports a fraction of what the campaigns produced. Second, the competitive frame: you are being compared with a package price in Istanbul, so the argument has to be about the surgeon, the method and the aftercare year rather than about price.

We are not going to quote you a figure. AdGrow publishes treatment-level ranges for five lines from an account we manage, and hair and body work is not among them, so any number we put here would be borrowed from a different treatment. Directionally, these enquiries cost more than the aesthetic lines we do publish and take longer to convert. On the call we build the expected range from your own case values.

Not on price, and not by ignoring it, because your patient has already seen the package. The ground where a Dubai clinic wins is continuity and recourse: who performs the procedure, how many grafts by what method, what the aftercare looks like over the following year, and what happens if something needs correcting. State it plainly in the ad rather than saving it for the consultation.

Often because the campaign that was creating demand got cut in favour of the one harvesting it. Direct response campaigns look strong in a short window because they catch already-decided patients; educational campaigns look like waste because their audience enquires six weeks later. Move budget to the direct campaign and it improves for a month, then climbs as the pool empties.

A longer click window than the default, read alongside your own record of when enquiries actually arrived and what patients say about when they first heard of you. Ask your front desk that question directly: if the usual answer is weeks or months, the default window is not measuring your business.

No. A transplant is one large transaction and PRP is a recurring course, so they have different economics and different decision speeds. Run together, the platform optimises toward whatever converts faster, which is never the transplant. Funding them separately is what lets the larger decision get the budget it needs.

Yes. Male pattern loss and female thinning are different conditions, the emotional register is different, and the reassurance each patient needs is not interchangeable. The audiences also perform very differently once you stop averaging them, which you only discover after the split.

We look at how your current reporting window compares with the decision length your front desk describes, which is usually the biggest gap in these accounts. You will leave with an expected enquiry range built from your own case values, the funnel split we would run, and the nurture sequence for patients who enquire early.
