TikTok Ads Management

The creative
is the campaign.

AdGrow runs TikTok ads for brands selling into the UAE and Saudi Arabia. We handle creative production, campaign structure and tracking, and we treat TikTok as a discovery channel rather than a cheaper version of Meta. On this platform most of the work happens before the ad goes live, because targeting cannot rescue a video nobody watches.

The reach

Nowhere on earth
uses TikTok like the Gulf.

Saudi Arabia has the highest TikTok reach of any country measured, and the UAE is not far behind with around 11.3 million adult users. Both markets average roughly 85 minutes a day on the app, well above the global norm, and about two thirds of Saudi users are between 18 and 34. One thing worth knowing before anyone quotes those reach percentages at you: they count accounts, not people, so second accounts and a large non-resident population push them past 100 percent. Read them as a sign of scale, not a headcount.

Honest fit

What it is good at,
and what it is not.

Plenty of accounts should not be on TikTok. We would rather say that on the first call than take the budget and blame the creative in month three.

Worth your budget when

  • The product can be shown working in a few seconds
  • You sell to under-35s, especially in Saudi
  • Price sits low enough for an impulse decision
  • You can film regularly, or you want us to
  • Meta costs have climbed and you need a second source of new customers

Probably not, when

  • The buyer is an enterprise committee
  • The purchase needs a long, considered comparison
  • Nobody will appear on camera and there is no product to show
  • You need one polished film to last a year
  • Meta and Google are not profitable yet, because TikTok will not fix that

The work

Ads that do not
look like ads.

The single most common mistake we see is a beautiful brand film cut to nine by sixteen and pushed onto TikTok. It gets skipped. Then the platform gets blamed.

The first second

Not the first three. The thumb moves faster here than on any other platform, so the opening frame has to carry a reason to stay. We write and test hooks separately from the rest of the video.

Shot for the platform

Vertical, sound on, filmed on a phone more often than not. Our shoot and edit team produces in batches, so there is a queue of new creative rather than one hero video being defended past its usefulness.

Spark Ads and creators

Running paid behind a real post, yours or a creator's, keeps the comments and the social proof attached. In this region it usually outperforms a clean studio ad, and it costs less to make.

Arabic that sounds Arabic

Not translated English with the same visuals. Gulf Arabic creative made for a Saudi audience performs differently enough that we build and measure it as its own campaign. Our team works in English, Arabic and Urdu.

Volume beats polish

We plan for a batch of new concepts every month rather than one launch and a long silence. Creative fatigue arrives faster here than on Meta, and the fix is supply.

Events API from day one

Browser-only tracking under-reports badly on this platform. Server-side events go in before launch, otherwise the numbers in TikTok Ads Manager and the numbers in your Shopify admin will never agree.

The measurement trap

TikTok gets
less credit than it earns.

People see something here and then go and search for it somewhere else. Last-click reporting hands that sale to Google or to a branded search campaign, and TikTok looks like it lost money.

  • Watch branded search alongside it.If TikTok spend goes up and searches for your brand name go up in the same week, that is the channel working even when the platform report disagrees.
  • Read blended cost per acquisition.Total spend across every channel divided by total orders. It is the only number that cannot be double counted, and it is what we put on the report.
  • Ask buyers directly.A one-line post-purchase question on the thank you page picks up what no pixel can, and in this region it consistently credits TikTok more than the dashboards do.
  • Test by switching it off.Two clean weeks dark, then two weeks back on, watching blended numbers. Crude, slightly expensive, and the most honest read available.

The first 90 days

What actually
happens.

1

Weeks 1 and 2

Events API goes in and gets checked against your back end. We plan the first creative batch and book the shoot, or brief your team if filming stays in house.

2

Weeks 3 and 4

First batch launches, broad, with hooks split out so we learn which openings hold attention before we spend on scale.

3

Days 30 to 60

Winners get variations built around them, losers get cut, and Spark Ads go behind whichever organic or creator posts performed on their own.

4

Days 60 to 90

Scale against blended cost per acquisition, with the shooting rhythm set so the account keeps getting fed after the first excitement wears off.

Where we stand on proof. The account numbers we publish come from Meta and Google. We have not published a TikTok account, so you will not find a TikTok figure anywhere on this site.

If you want a channel with years of our numbers behind it, start with Meta or Google. If you are already profitable on those and want a second source of new customers in the Gulf, TikTok is the right next conversation, and we will tell you honestly what we do and do not know yet.

Questions

Before you book.

Either. We have shoot and edit people on the team and can produce the batches ourselves, which is what most clients choose. If you already film well in house we will brief and direct instead, because that is usually cheaper and faster for you.

CPMs are often lower. Cost per purchase frequently is not, because the intent is different. People are not shopping when they open the app. Judge it on blended cost per acquisition across the whole account rather than on the CPM.

Saudi has the highest TikTok reach measured anywhere, so the audience is certainly there. It needs its own Arabic creative rather than UAE ads with subtitles, and it needs a delivery and returns setup that actually works inside the Kingdom before you spend.

More than feels reasonable at first. Plan for a batch of new concepts monthly, each with several hook variations. Accounts that stall on this platform have almost always stalled on creative supply rather than on targeting.

Yes, through Spark Ads, with the creator's authorisation code. It keeps the original post's comments and likes attached, which is a large part of why it works. We handle the mechanics and you keep the creator relationship.

Enough to get a real read on several creative concepts inside a month, which usually means a longer test than most people expect. We give you a straight figure once we have seen your product and your margins.

Show us the product.
We will tell you if it films.

Thirty minutes. If TikTok is wrong for what you sell, we will say so and point you at the channel that is not.
