What results has AdGrow produced for UAE stores?

Google Ads campaign dashboard showing 90 day conversion value and cost in AED for a UAE store
Ninety days on a UAE store: AED 213,502 conversion value on AED 39,372 spend, 573 conversions, 5.1x at account level.

E-commerce · UAE · Google Ads

AED 213,502 back on AED 39,372 of Google spend.

A UAE craft-supplies store running Search, Shopping and Performance Max as one account rather than three competing budgets. Ninety days, 5.1x account-level conversion value against cost, 573 conversions.

The peak is not the interesting part. This account has held between 4x and 5x for more than two years, through Ramadan, through price changes and through a platform migration. A number you can plan next quarter around is worth more than a number you screenshot once.

  • Search, Shopping and Performance Max budgeted as one account
  • 573 conversions in the window at 5.1x conversion value / cost
  • 4x–5x held on the same account for over two years

Shopify analytics showing quarterly total sales and returning customer rate for a UAE store
One quarter of store-level sales: AED 478,539 total, up 13%, with 51.6% of it from returning customers.

E-commerce · Shopify · store level

AED 478,539 in one quarter, up 13%.

Store-level revenue with every channel combined. The figure the founder banks, not the paid-only number an ad platform reports back to itself. Up 13% on the previous quarter, and 51.6% of it from customers who had bought before.

A store where half the revenue is returning customers is a different business to one that has to buy every single order, and it is the reason retention sits inside the media plan here rather than in a separate conversation after it.

  • All channels combined, not paid-only
  • 51.6% returning customers across the quarter
  • Email and SMS flows planned alongside the media, not bolted on afterwards

Google Performance Max campaign overview showing conversion value against cost for a US store
Performance Max on a US store: $12.1K conversion value on $1.18K spend.

E-commerce · US store · Performance Max

10.25x on a Performance Max build for a US store.

Built from scratch, with the product feed fixed before any budget moved. Most Performance Max accounts that disappoint are being asked to sell from a feed nobody has cleaned: missing GTINs, one image per product, titles written for someone browsing a category page instead of for the query they need to match. Fixing the feed is unglamorous and it is usually where the return actually comes from.

  • Product feed cleaned and re-titled before any budget moved
  • Asset groups split by margin rather than by category

A store owner, in his own words

“We’d already burned budget with two agencies before this. The difference here was the tracking. For the first time the numbers in Ads Manager actually matched Shopify, so we knew what to scale. We went from breaking even to consistently profitable in the second month.”

How we take over

How do you run a store account
in the first 90 days?

  1. 1

    Audit & strategy

We audit your store, ad accounts, tracking and margins to find exactly what’s working, and what’s quietly leaking profit.

  2. 2

    Build & track

Full-funnel campaign structure plus server-side conversion tracking, so every order is attributed to the right ad.

  3. 3

    Launch & scale

We launch against clear profit benchmarks, then scale spend on what works, controlled and data-led, never reckless.

  4. 4

    Optimise & retain

We refine creatives, push ROAS up, and layer in email & SMS so every customer is worth more over time.

Questions

What do UAE store owners ask first?

It depends on your margin, not on a number an agency picks. A store with 70% margin can be profitable at 2x. A reseller on 25% margin needs 4x or better just to break even. On the first call we work out your break-even ROAS from your own numbers, then agree a target above it. Anyone quoting a ROAS before seeing your margins is guessing.

Shopify is where most of our work happens and where we build fastest, but WooCommerce and Salla accounts run fine too. What matters more than the platform is whether we can get clean server side tracking out of it.

Enough for the platforms to exit the learning phase and for us to read creative properly, which for most Gulf stores means a real monthly commitment rather than a trial fortnight. We will give you a straight figure on the call once we see your price point and margin.

Either. There are shoot, video and design people on the team, and for most stores we produce the batches ourselves, because creative supply is what decides whether an account keeps scaling. If you already produce well in house we will brief and direct instead.

Yes. The team works in English and Arabic, and Arabic creative is built as its own campaign rather than a translated version of the English one. For Saudi in particular that difference usually matters more than any targeting decision.

Then we will tell you, and the honest answer is sometimes to fix pricing or average order value before spending more on media. We would rather say that on a first call than take a retainer to run campaigns that cannot be profitable.

How do you get your store’s
ads reviewed?

Book a strategy call. We’ll audit your store, your ads and your tracking, and build you a plan to scale, with the benchmarks we will hold ourselves to over the first 90 days.
