Terms of Service

The basis on which AdGrow works with clients. Where we have signed a separate agreement or scope of work with you, that document takes precedence over this page. Last updated 15 August 2026.

What we do

AdGrow provides paid media management, conversion work, tracking, website and funnel builds, and related services. The exact scope for your account is agreed in writing before work starts.

Fees and ad spend

Our fee is agreed with you before we begin and is invoiced monthly in advance unless we have agreed otherwise. Advertising budget is separate from our fee and is paid by you directly to the platforms. We never take a margin on your media spend without telling you.

What we need from you

  • Access.Working access to the advertising, analytics and e-commerce accounts the work depends on, and a named person who can approve things.
  • Accurate material.Product, pricing, claims and imagery you supply must be accurate and yours to use. You remain responsible for the truth of what your advertising says about your business.
  • Licences and approvals.Where your sector needs them, such as health or property advertising in the UAE, you are responsible for holding the relevant licence and permits. We build campaigns to fit those rules and will tell you when something cannot run.

Results

We do not guarantee a specific return, cost per acquisition, lead volume or ranking. Advertising results depend on your offer, your pricing, your market and platform behaviour we do not control. We agree targets with you and report honestly against them, including when the answer is that it is not working.

Who owns what

You own your ad accounts, pixels, domains, audiences, and the creative and pages we produce for you once they are paid for. If we stop working together, all of it stays with you. We keep the right to describe the work and show anonymised results unless you ask us in writing not to.

Confidentiality

Anything commercially sensitive you share with us stays between us, and the same applies in reverse. Where we publish account figures we do so without naming the client unless they have agreed to be named.

Ending the engagement

There is no lock-in. Either side can end the engagement with 30 days written notice. Work already delivered and the notice period remain payable, and we hand over access, assets and documentation cleanly.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with the services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, or for the acts of advertising platforms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute.
