AdGrow

CRO & Landing Pages

We build the thing
the traffic lands on.

AdGrow finds the step in your funnel where the money leaves, and fixes it. That includes building the page it leaves from. We build Shopify stores, landing pages and complete funnels for UAE and Gulf brands. Because the same team runs your ads, the page gets designed around the traffic hitting it rather than around a mood board.

Why this matters

More budget into a leaking
funnel just loses money faster.

Most agencies will sell you more traffic, because more traffic is easier to sell than telling a client their checkout is broken. We got tired of pushing spend into pages that were never going to convert, so we started building them ourselves.

Doubling conversion rate has the same effect on revenue as doubling ad spend. One of those costs you money every month for as long as you keep doing it. The other is a fixed piece of work that keeps paying after it is finished.

What we build

Not a website.
A place to send money.

There is a real difference between a site built to look good in a portfolio and a site built to be landed on by cold paid traffic. We only do the second kind.

Shopify stores

Built or rebuilt around the product page and the checkout, because that is where Gulf stores lose most of it. Arabic and English, right-to-left done properly, local payment methods and cash on delivery handled rather than bolted on at the end.

Landing pages

One page per offer, per audience, per language. Written against the ad that brings people there, so the promise in the creative is the first line on the page instead of something they have to go looking for.

Complete funnels

Registration, VSL, application, booking and thank-you pages, wired to your CRM with the tracking in place. The whole path, not a page in isolation that hands off to something broken.

Speed work

Most Gulf stores we open are slow on mobile, and mobile is nearly all of the traffic. Image weight, theme bloat and app scripts get cut. This alone often moves conversion rate before anything is redesigned.

Testing

One change at a time, run long enough to mean something. We will tell you when a test has not reached a real result rather than calling a winner because the week ended.

Arabic and right-to-left

Built as a proper layout, not a mirrored English one with translated strings. Our team works in English, Arabic and Urdu, so the copy on the page reads like it was written rather than run through a translator.

Finding it

The biggest drop
is rarely the checkout.

Everyone blames the checkout because that is the step they can see. Usually the expensive leak sits earlier, where people arrive on a product page and leave without ever adding anything.

Where a store funnel leaks Ad click 100% Product page seen 68% Added to cart 24% Checkout started 19% Purchase 8% 44 points lost here Illustrative shape, not a client account. Your real numbers get mapped in week one, and the fix order follows from them.

How we work

Find the leak.
Fix it. Prove it moved.

1

Instrument first

Nothing gets changed until every step of the funnel is measured. Otherwise you are redesigning on instinct and calling the result an improvement.

2

Read the money

Heatmaps are interesting. Revenue per visitor is the number. We find the step with the largest amount of money sitting behind it, not the one that looks worst.

3

Fix the biggest step

Sometimes that is a headline. Sometimes it is a rebuild of the product page or the whole store. We will tell you which, including when the honest answer is the expensive one.

4

Feed it back

A page that converts better changes what the ad platforms should be bidding on. The winner goes back into targeting instead of sitting there as a nice result in a report.

Scope

What is in,
and what is not.

What we do

  • Shopify builds, rebuilds and theme work
  • Landing pages and full funnel builds
  • WordPress and WooCommerce when that is what you run
  • Copy written for the page, not handed over as a document
  • Mobile speed and Core Web Vitals
  • Arabic and right-to-left layouts
  • A/B testing and the analysis behind it
  • Checkout, payment and cash-on-delivery flow

What we do not do

  • Brand identity work or logo design
  • Custom web apps and software builds
  • Sites with no paid traffic pointed at them
  • Redesigns driven by taste rather than a number
  • Ongoing IT support and hosting management

One thing worth being straight about. We are not a web design agency that also runs ads. We are media buyers who build pages because we were tired of sending expensive traffic to pages that lost money.

That shapes what you get. The work is judged on revenue per visitor rather than on how the homepage looks in a portfolio, and if your existing site is fine we will tell you to keep it and spend the money on media instead.

Questions

Fair questions.

Yes. Full builds and rebuilds, including migration from WooCommerce or a custom site. We build around the product page and checkout first because that is where the revenue is decided, then work outward to the rest of the site.

Sometimes, but it is not our best work and we will say so. The reason our pages convert is that the people building them can see the ad data behind them. Without that we are guessing like anyone else.

A focused Shopify rebuild is usually four to six weeks. A single landing page is days. The variable is almost never the build, it is how quickly product photography, copy approvals and payment gateway access come back from your side.

Enough for a result to mean something, which for most stores means a few hundred conversions a month before formal A/B testing earns its keep. Below that we fix obvious problems and measure before and after instead of pretending a split test is conclusive.

Yes, as a proper right-to-left build with copy written in Arabic rather than translated at the end. The team works in English, Arabic and Urdu. For Gulf stores this usually matters more than any single design decision on the page.

Then we tell you, and you spend the money on media instead. It happens often enough that we would rather say it here. The audit shows where the money is going either way.

Where is your funnel
losing the money?

Send us the site and the ad account. Thirty minutes and we will show you the step that is costing the most, and whether it needs a fix or a rebuild.
