Clinic marketing · Dubai and the UAE
Clinic marketing in Dubai.
Booked consultations, not just leads.
Leads are easy, qualified bookings are the hard part. We are a clinic marketing agency for aesthetic, dermatology, dental and medical practices across the UAE, and we build campaigns around consultations your front desk can confirm rather than form fills that go cold.

A medical director, in her own words
“For a clinic, leads are easy. Qualified bookings are the hard part. The campaigns were rebuilt around consultations, not form fills, and our front desk noticed the difference within weeks. The weekly report is short, honest, and in plain language I actually understand.”
What changes
Clinic marketing rebuilt
around the booking.
Every step between the ad and the appointment gets measured, so you know which campaigns fill the calendar and which only fill a spreadsheet.
Benchmarks
What does a patient
lead cost in Dubai?
A patient lead in Dubai typically costs between AED 21 and AED 202, and the number is set by the treatment rather than by the ad. On a Dubai clinic account we manage, facial and skin treatments produce leads at AED 21 to AED 54, while dermal filler and clear aligners sit between AED 66 and AED 202. The blended average across 35 months and more than AED 1 million of spend is AED 62.72.
| Treatment | Cost per lead | Why it sits there |
|---|---|---|
| Facial & HydraFacial | AED 21 – 54 | Low price, visible result, short decision window. The cheapest patient lead the account has ever produced. |
| Laser hair removal | AED 35 – 56 | Familiar treatment, easy to price on the creative, high repeat value once the patient attends. |
| Botox & Dysport | AED 50 – 116 | Competitive auction and a more considered decision. Cost swings with how the offer is framed. |
| Dermal filler | AED 66 – 202 | Higher ticket, more research before enquiring, and a smaller pool of ready buyers at any moment. |
| Clear aligners | AED 72 – 152 | Long decision cycle on a five-figure treatment. The most expensive lead here, and often the most profitable. |
One blended cost per lead target across every treatment is a broken measurement. A clear aligner case can be worth fourteen facials. Judged on a single number, the treatment your clinic most wants to sell looks like the worst performer on the report. We set a separate target per treatment, worked back from what that treatment is actually worth to you.
These ranges come from UAE accounts. Where we quote Saudi or wider Gulf figures anywhere on this site, they come from named third parties rather than from our own accounts.

The method
How we run an
aesthetic clinic account.
Five things decide whether clinic advertising works in this market. None of them is the ad itself.
- One campaign per treatment, funded properly.Meta needs roughly 50 conversions a week before a campaign settles. Split a clinic budget across six treatments and none of them ever gets there, so every one runs at an inflated cost. We run fewer campaigns with real budget behind them.
- People who live here, not people passing through.Dubai targeting defaults to including recent visitors. A tourist fills the form, flies home, and never answers the phone. That single setting is the most common cause of the no-reply leads clinics complain about, and it is free to fix.
- The price goes on the creative. It looks like an information choice. It is really an audience filter that runs before the click, and it costs nothing. Someone who will not pay AED 499 keeps scrolling instead of becoming a lead your front desk has to call.
- The form decides lead quality, not the targeting.Targeting decides who sees the ad. The form decides who completes it. Four fields, the price restated inside the form, and one real qualifying question will do more for lead quality than any audience change.
- Speed of follow-up, agreed before we spend anything. Most clinic leads in this market convert over WhatsApp within minutes, not hours. Before launch we agree who calls, how fast, and what happens to an enquiry that lands on a Friday night. The team works in English, Arabic and Urdu.

Questions
Before you book.
For a clinic, the job is to produce consultations the front desk can confirm, not enquiries that sit unanswered. In practice that means treatment-led campaigns on Meta and Google, targeting restricted to people who live here, a lead form built to filter rather than to maximise volume, tracking that ties a booking back to the ad that caused it, and follow-up sequences that reach the patient within minutes.
Between AED 21 and AED 202, depending almost entirely on the treatment. Facial and skin treatments produce the cheapest leads, clear aligners and filler the most expensive. Across 35 months and more than AED 1 million of Meta spend on a Dubai clinic account we manage, the blended average is AED 62.72. Treat any agency quoting a single flat cost per lead across all treatments with caution.
Yes, and it shapes what goes in the creative. Health claims, before and after imagery and treatment promises are all governed here, and getting it wrong risks the clinic licence, not just the ad account. We build campaigns inside those rules rather than finding out afterwards.
Minutes, not hours. This is the single biggest difference between clinics that convert paid leads and clinics that say paid leads are poor quality. Before we spend anything we agree who calls, how fast, and what happens to a lead that arrives on a Friday night.
Usually one of three things. The targeting includes people recently in Dubai rather than people who live here, so tourists fill the form and fly home. The lead form is set to maximise volume, which removes the review step before submission. Or the price is missing from the creative, so people enquire who were never going to pay it. All three are settings, not creative problems, and all three are free to change.
Both. On the account we have the longest history with, Instagram produced 61% of leads at AED 60.52 and Facebook produced 39% at AED 62.85. That difference is inside normal month to month variation, so switching Facebook off removes roughly two fifths of your lead supply to save about four percent. The cheapest placement in the whole account was Facebook Reels overlay.
No, and be careful with anyone who does. Cost per lead moves with treatment, season and competition. What we will do is agree a target from your own numbers, show progress against it every month, and tell you early if it is not achievable.
Yes. In this market most clinic leads convert over WhatsApp rather than a phone call, so we build the message sequences and the routing alongside the campaigns. The team works in English, Arabic and Urdu, which matters more for follow-up than it does for the ads.
The ones with a clear price, a visible result and a short decision window. Facial, skin and laser treatments consistently produce the cheapest leads. Higher consideration and surgical treatments need a longer nurture and usually a consultation offer rather than a direct booking. We map that per treatment before launching.
Yes, across the UAE and into Saudi. One thing worth being straight about: the clinic account figures we publish come from UAE accounts. Where we quote Saudi market data it comes from named third parties rather than from our own accounts.
