• What you send us.Your name, email address, phone number, company and whatever you write in a form or a WhatsApp message. You choose what to put in there.
• How you use the site.Pages viewed, how you arrived, rough location, browser and device. This comes from analytics and advertising cookies and is not used to identify you personally.
• Client account data.If you hire us, we work inside your advertising, analytics and e-commerce accounts. That data stays yours. We access it to do the work and nothing else.

To reply to enquiries, to run and report on campaigns for clients, to understand which parts of this site are useful, and to measure our own advertising. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone who is not helping us deliver the service.

A small number of service providers process data on our behalf, each under their own terms: Google (Analytics and Ads), Meta, TikTok, our website host, and the email and scheduling tools we use to talk to you. Where we run campaigns for a client, the relevant advertising platforms process that campaign data too.

This site uses cookies for analytics and advertising measurement. You can block or delete them in your browser settings at any time. Blocking them does not stop you using the site.

Enquiry data is kept while there is a live conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards. Client records are kept for as long as we work together and for the period our accounting obligations require. Analytics data follows the retention set in the platform.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you are in a jurisdiction with specific data protection rights, such as the UAE Personal Data Protection Law or the GDPR, those rights apply and we will honour them.

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be obvious rather than buried.
