orders and bookings.

We run Google Ads for UAE and Gulf e-commerce brands and for clinics. Search, Shopping, Performance Max and YouTube, built around your margin rather than around a click target. Same team, same method, whether you sell products or book consultations.

How Google actually works

Not everyone searching
is ready to buy.

Google is a demand capture channel. The job is to work out which searches are worth money to you and fund those first, instead of spreading budget evenly across everything that mentions your category.

Broad research "best perfume" Low intent Category "arabic perfume uae" Warming Product "oud eau de parfum 50ml" High Brand "yourbrand perfume" Ready Budget follows intent. Brand and product terms get funded first, research terms get a ceiling.

What gets built

Feed and structure first,
bidding last.

Most underperforming Google accounts do not have a bidding problem. They have a structure problem, and bidding changes cannot fix it.

  1. 1

    Fix the feed

For stores, this is the whole game. Titles rewritten to match how people search, brand and product type in the right fields, GTINs where they exist, correct AED or SAR pricing, and every Merchant Center disapproval cleared. This alone often moves an account more than any bid change. More on Shopping and PMax.

  2. 2

    Separate brand from everything else

Brand Search is cheap, converts brilliantly and makes the rest of the account look better than it is. It runs as its own campaign so you can always see what the account earns without it.

  3. 3

Split by margin, not by category

Your best sellers and your thin margin products should never share a budget. We separate them so the profitable lines get funded and the rest get a ceiling.

  4. 4

    Pass real conversion values

Google bids towards whatever you tell it matters. If every order counts as 1, it chases cheap orders. Passing real revenue, and ideally margin adjusted revenue, makes it chase profit. This needs the tracking to be right first.

  5. 5

    Scale against a written benchmark

Budget goes up in steps against a break even you agreed in advance, never all at once and never because a week looked good.

Both sides of the business

Stores and clinics
need different accounts.

Google for an e-commerce store

  • Shopping and Performance Max carry the volume
  • Brand Search defends the customers you already earned
  • Feed quality decides your ceiling
  • Judged on profit per order, not cost per click
  • See the e-commerce programme

Google for a clinic

  • Search only, in most cases. Treatment terms, high intent
  • Tight geography, because a clinic sells to a postcode
  • Policy restrictions on medical and aesthetic claims are real
  • Judged on booked consultations, not form fills
  • See the clinic programme

FAQ

What store owners
ask first.

Yes. The channel is the same, the account is not. A store account is built around a product feed, Shopping and Performance Max. A clinic account is mostly Search, tightly geo targeted, with the medical advertising policies handled properly. We run both, and we would not use one structure for the other.

Enough to gather real data on one channel inside a month, with headroom left to test creative properly on top of it. We give you a specific number once we have seen your margins and your average order value, rather than quoting a figure that suits us.

Standard Shopping first if you are new, because you can see exactly which products and search terms produce sales. Performance Max once you know what works and want the extra reach. Going straight to PMax with no conversion history is how people lose a quarter. The longer answer is here.

Two to four weeks for campaigns to leave the learning phase, and around 90 days before you can judge the account fairly. The feed and tracking work happens in week one and often produces the first visible improvement on its own.

We start by leaving it alone and watching. Switching off the campaign that was quietly carrying the account is the fastest way to lose a client money. Once we can see what each campaign contributes, we rebuild what needs rebuilding and keep what works.
